Welcome CLA Board, Class of 2023

Charleston Legal Access is proud to announce an incredible new class of Board Members! We are delighted to welcome Sue Chang, Emma Cregg, Jane Diange, Eric Elliott, and John P. Linton, Jr. 

They bring a diverse set of talents and backgrounds that will help CLA grow and engage with even more people in our community in need of legal assistance. We are honored and grateful that they have chosen to serve on CLA's Board.

Sue Chang is an attorney at Bleecker Family Law in Charleston, South Carolina. Her passion for community outreach is evident in her personal and professional life and we are honored to have her making a difference with us.

Emma Cregg is part of Harvard Kennedy School's Government Performance Lab. Emma, a Park Circle resident, spent years working in South Carolina government- holding positions at the city, county, and state level. She now manages a team and project portfolio that supports state and local governments design and implement solutions to build more just and efficient service systems.

Jane Diange has over 25 years of Fortune 500 Company management experience in the hospitality industry, encompassing 20 years in human resources, 12 years executive level experience, including four years operations executive experience. She is active in numerous charities and boards, and we are delighted to have her making an impact at CLA as well!

Eric Elliott is the founder of Craft Creative and VIP Marketing, host of the AdCast, the man behind Eric Elliott Day each October 14th, and now CLA board member! Eric is a highly successful self-made entrepreneur and marketing expert with extensive experience crafting impactful brand narratives for clients across industries.

Last, but certainly not least, we welcome John P. Linton, Jr. to the CLA board! John is partner with Walker Gressette & Linton, LLC and a trial lawyer, who has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court.

About Charleston Legal Access

Charleston Legal Access is SC's first and only sliding-scale, nonprofit law firm. We provide affordable legal services at a price that those of moderate means can afford. Hourly rates are determined on an individual basis by a client's income and family size. Our initial screening and phone consultations with an attorney are completely free.
